Shipping & Returns Policy
Please note that our policies change from time to time. Please refer back to this page often for our current policy.
All orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible usually within 3 business days. Many orders ship on the same day. There are several options for shipping, which are shown at approximate actual cost based on information provided by the carriers integrated into the store. We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier for all Free Shipping offers. Once an order is received, processed and shipped, please allow up to 3 business days for Priority Shipping and up to 5 business days for Ground Shipping. During high volume sales please allow 7-10 days for Ground Shipping.

If you have an order that needs to be expedited, please email us directly. Expedited orders may incur an expedited processing fee as well as a higher shipping charge for faster delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Seraphic Organics is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer. If a package is returned to Seraphic Organics due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Seraphic Organics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
Free Shipping on Exchanges
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning products, but replacement products/exchanges requested are shipped free of charge.
Seraphic Organics can ship to most countries. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.The shipping charge for orders to be delivered internationally will depend on the carrier and shipping method chosen. Please be aware that Seraphic Organics is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed upon shipments to other countries.
All international orders are shipped by UPS or USPS. However, we have no control over how long your customs office holds onto your package. Tracking and Insurance are included in International shipments. We are not responsible for packages beyond the port of entry.
All customs forms will be filled out accurately to reflect the total value of your products. We will always indicate when asked that the package is MERCHANDISE. International orders may require 5-7 days processing time before shipping.
You may return new, unopened items postmarked within 30 days of delivery for exchange or store credit or a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All returned items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition with tags intact. All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please include a copy of your packing list or receipt so that we may quickly process your return. We reserve the right to reject your return if you send your package outside of the 30 day window.
Once your items are received and verified to be in new condition, a store credit or a refund will be issued for the amount of the merchandise returned.
Any items listed as final sale or purchased at a price of more than 50% off their original price are not eligible for return or exchange.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
In the event that an item that was ordered is defective, (i.e. stained, torn, etc.) please login into your account and submit a return request. You may receive a replacement item or a store credit or a refund. Proof of damage/defect may be required to process request.
To make a request for a return, please login to your account and submit a return request for the item(s). Please do not send in item(s) until your request has been accepted.
